How can I pay?
Buying on XONOT is 100% safe and secure, guaranteed. You will pay nothing if unauthorized charges are made to your credit card as a result of shopping at XONOT.com. Payments methods we offer include PayPal and credit card payments. PayPal is a safer, easier way to send and receive money online. When you select PayPal as the payment method, you will be linked to the PayPal site where you can make payment. Credit card payments are also secured by our SSL encryption technology.
How long will it take to receive my order?
At XONOT, we offer insured worldwide shipping and handling for ALL products. We take about 2-7 business days to manufacture each order prior to shipment. After being produced, delivery time varies based on the shipping method selected at checkout. Tracking information will usually be sent out within 2-7 business days. You can track your order here. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping. Check out our Shipping and Delivery section for more details.
Where will my order ship from?
All orders are fulfilled in and shipped from the United States or Europe, depending on your location.
What countries does XONOT ship to?
We are proud to ship worldwide to all countries other than North Korea, Cuba, Lebanon, Bahrain, and Iran. Further, we offer FREE shipping to the contiguous United States on orders over $49, and free shipping to the rest of the world on overs over $89.
What is the return policy?
If you’re not happy, we’re not happy.
If you do not receive your order within the expected time frame, we will provide a refund or reshipment. If you receive a defective item or an incorrect item, we are more than happy to replace it at no cost for you. If you no longer want the product you’ve received, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving the item if it is unused.
