If you’re not happy, we’re not happy.
If you do not receive your order within the given delivery date, you may request a refund or reshipment. Claims for packages lost in transit must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. In the rare case that a parcel is marked as delivered by the courier, but the recipient reports that he/she has yet to receive it, XONOT cannot issue a reshipment or refund.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will be more than happy to replace it at no cost for you provided that you inform us within 4 weeks of the order’s arrival.
If you do not want the product you’ve received, you may request a refund within 7 days of receiving the item if it is unused. However, you must return the item at your own expense.
If you want to exchange your item for another size, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a return address.

We do not issue a refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of XONOT (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster)
If you are approved for a refund, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.
Items shipped to the return address without prior approval will not be refunded.
